This shampoo is used pure or diluted 1 volume of product for 11 volumes of hot water. Instructions for use: Wet the animal well with lukewarm water and apply the shampoo, massaging in to completely impregnate the fur, then rinse. Start again, this time leaving for 3 minutes and rinsing thoroughly.
