Deliveries and returns

General Information

Parcels are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order's delivery online. Therefore, you must provide a valid phone number and email address.

Shipping costs include:

• The packaging
• Handling
• Postage costs

They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the weight or amount of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. Two separate orders cannot be combined.

The packages are carefully protected to ensure safe delivery.

Carriers and rates

Metropolitan France

Free delivery is offered for orders over EUR 69.00 via Mondial Relay.

We also offer:

• Express delivery
• Delivery to a collection point

Prices vary depending on the chosen carrier and the weight of the package. The price is calculated automatically when you select your carrier.

Additional charges may apply for heavy or very bulky packages.

For Chronopost express delivery, the order must be validated before 10am.

Europe

Within the European Union, deliveries are exempt from customs duties.

Additional charges may apply for large packages.

Returns

Before returning anything, you must contact customer service for validation.

Returned products must be:

• New
• Not used
• In their complete original packaging
• In perfect condition

The invoice must be included in the return package.

Proof of deposit must be kept.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with customer service.

Damaged package

In case of damage during delivery, reservations must be made to the carrier and noted on the delivery note.

It is strongly recommended to check the package in the presence of the delivery person.

You must also take photos of the package on all sides before opening and after opening the inside.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, you have 3 days to contact the carrier.

You must then inform customer service.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products such as:

• Cosmetics

• Hygiene products

• Perfumes

Refund terms

Subject to compliance with the return conditions, Pet Beauty Store will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned package.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

Any package returned to the sender due to non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier will be subject to a refund of the sums paid, less the cost of transport to and from the sender as well as any additional costs incurred.
